Summary: We chose this property over many other choices due to the proximity to Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities. While being next to Music Row was a plus, we mostly wanted to see what life would be for a grad student as we had our daughter along with us and she was considering going here. The choice of location did not disappoint as we are able to visit both campuses and see how easy the access was to them. We also saw and were please to see some great eateries nearby! The only tricky part is navigating the traffic by car or foot which is heavy around the campuses. The only issue with our stay we had was the readiness of the unit when we arrived, which our property manager, Scarlett, took care of expertly and graciously. It can’t be said enough how important it is to have a great VRBO PM in these instances and the rest of our stay went exceptionally well after that. We especially loved the well equipped unit with full kitchen and back patio based BBQ which we used to prepare meals and snacks between our planned events. We definitely plan to be back!
